Sony Ericsson C902 Review - Here Comes the C Series Time

Posted by phonehunter 17 November,2008

With a 5 megapixel camera, LED flash, Sony Ericsson C902 come to us as the flagship Cyber-Shot phone of Sony Ericsson. Combined with 3G HSDPA, music player, FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity, SE cheers its users again.

As we know, the previous Cyber-Shot phones of SE are all named with C at the start, C902 is the first of the range with C started. Well, Sony Ericsson shows its ambition on building its king status at camera phone fields. Or maybe we can say, here comes the C series time.

Remember the Sony Ericsson T618, which built the dynasty of new mobile style. T618 style is considered the most classic phone style of Sony Ericsson. Today C902 reveals the classic, on physically. The keypads are just what we were familiar with. Well, sometimes, old fashion is welcomed and, useful. The total of the phone looks quality.

Firstly, look at the camera in details. The phone has 5 megapixel camera with aoutofocus mode, LED flash. There’s no doubt of the quality for pictures in deed. It’s just what Cyber-Shot famous for. The shining point here is, the camera is able to take nine photos in a second, thus you can choose the best photo for yourself. Video recording performance well and video calling is available.

Secondly comes to the music playing part. Sony Ericsson really has mature tech in making music playing and picture-building devices. With Sony’s MegaBass™, users can get rich sounds. And the PlayNow™ make the downloading of MP3 easily. Thanks to the Bluetooth, sharing music is so easy and Buletooth stereo headset is available. The huge memory capacity promises up to 4GB storage. So, just feel free to enjoy multiple music.

Thirdly, besides the Buletooth connectivity, USB is also supported. Moving music and images therefore will be never a problem both between phones and PCs.

At last, take an insight of the battery. Actually my experience told me not to give the high expectation of SE battery performance. To C902, we could say the relatively small screen can help save the power, but it does not promise the adequate for taking photos and listening music freely.
