Nokia 5310 Review - Great music phone

The sheer variety of functions available on a modern mobile phone leads one to question the intention of the item, but in the case of the Nokia 5310 there can only be one conclusion – this handset is all about music, and very good in that area it is too.
With its slim casing and stylish design, the lightweight 5310 appeals to the younger generation, and with a fully functional music player and FM radio on board it makes its claim straight away. The 4gb storage is also a boost, and the special ‘Comes with Music’ package provides a full year of unlimited free downloads, making this a phone that promises great value for money to those for whom music is the in thing.
A closer look
Any phone that makes big claims for music capability is getting onto Walkman territory, and the 5310 certainly takes on Sony Ericsson’s best. With a 2 megapixel camera and Bluetooth on board it is not short of functions other than music either, and is a very handy piece of kit indeed.
